Hi, I am Sammy and I will be working with you 1-on-1 for all your training needs. I am a people person, generally laid back except when it comes to training and eating right. If you take care of training and eating right, the living better part kind of falls into place. The goal is to make this a team project. We set training and eating goals together and then try and surpass them.
No, the first lesson is not free 🙂 I know, it seems to be a trend nowadays where the corporate trainers are forced to offer these gimmicks, I feel that is not how to go about it. What works better in my experience is to have a short phone chat or go over your needs around a cup of coffee. The coffee is on me. Once we are able to uncover your needs, we can then take the next step and avoid managing expectations. Or, we can dive right in. I take my job very seriously and trust my abilities to help others achieve their goals. Call me or send me a message 24/7.
