Uncovering needs, setting goals, surpassing them
I will just take these three short paragraphs to underline how I work
If you were looking for a one-size-fits-all kind of service, then I will have to disappoint you. For me each person I work with is an individual first. Yes, I do realize that when it comes to fitness there are going to be overlaps. But here is the thing, what benefits individuals the most are those exercises that are uniquely suited for their needs. So, the best way to look at it is that there are many exercises that benefit almost everybody but when we mix them with person specific ones, the results are never disappointing.
Allow me to unpack it a little bit more. I will work with you to uncover your specific needs and then build a routine around them. I am always focused on the results; if a week into the routine we see it is not working as planned then we change the plan. Usually a couple of adjustments does the trick.
Before we start, I also like to reach an understanding with each person I work with in terms of how hard I am expected to push them. Some of us are able to push ourselves hard, others need a bit of a push and they are on their way. Then there are those who need constant encouragement. In the end it doesn’t matter how we get there, as long as we had set realistic goals and we surpassed them. No matter which approach suits you, we will have fun getting there.
